How do I trust again?

Long distance relationship really doesn't work to me. No matter how much assurance a guy gives to me, I am still doubtful whenever he can't update me in time. I don't know what he's doing every single time that he is offline and that gives me a gut feeling that he is with somebody else, that he might be seeing someone. The trauma from my last relationships is still hunting me. I failed every long distance relationship I have because of this.

Certainly! Trauma will hunt you when wherever you go. You should accept the fact that you need to move forward.

TRUST is actually a big word. It's hard to give but it's easy to be broken. I think when you trust someone else again, you need to think multiple times or you can't give a 100 percent of it.
